Email
the chef with your favorite fan family recipes, your game
party photos, or unique party ideas and you could be a STAR
when we post your ideas. (We'll send you a 4collegefans treat
TOO!) Be sure to let us know if you don't want your name
used. A brief description of what your sharing
should be included.
1) Shop the
Internet - Instead of fighting the crowds at the mall, do your
party shopping on line. Almost anything, from favors to table
settings, can be bought on the Web - and often for less money!
2) Hire a Caterer
- Leave the cooking to someone else! Just place your order with
a local catering company, sit back, and wait for the goods to
be delivered on the big day.
3) Heat and
Eat - Many gourmet markets and price club stores offer tasty
frozen appetizers, from chicken kebobs to mini quiches. Just
pop 'em in the oven and serve!
4) Pot luck
It - Serve up a sumptuous spread of homemade party treats with
a little help from your friends (and family). Plan ahead and
assign everyone a course.
5) Pass on
Making Dessert - Pick up your pies, cakes, or pastries from a
reliable bakery and spare yourself hours in the kitchen.
6) Use Disposable
Dinnerware - With all the delightful designs out there, why bother
washing dishes for so many people?
7) Don't Wait..
Delegate! - Don't try to do everything yourself. Recruit your
spouse, friends, and kids to help with the party chores. Enlist
volunteers to decorate the house, clean, shop, cook, and address
invitations.

Keep
the 'skeeters at bay with citronella
candles or have insect repellent on hand. (Avon's Skin
So Soft Bug Guard will keep bugs from dining on guests without
harmful chemicals -and it smells great too!)
Enclose
the party area with romantic mosquito nets.
Grilled
Smoked Chicken And Apple Sausage With Garlic Mustard
Grilling
could barely be easier - or tastier. While the sausages are
cooking, throw on a few ears of corn, bell pepper strips or
a quartered head of radicchio and you've got a whole meal in
minutes.
